Kicking goals on Giving Day 2021
CommBank Stadium in the heart of Parramatta was the venue for the Chancellor’s Challenge on Giving Day.
'Team Chancellor' took on 'Team Vice-Chancellor' in a soccer penalty shoot-out competition and WON! The star studded teams included sporting and media celebrities, alumni, donors, students and University staff.
Team Chancellor proudly raised funds for Indigenous Scholarships.
Team Vice-Chancellor passionately raised even more funds for Integrative Health research.
'Team Vice-Chancellor', raising the most in donations, unlocked a $150,000 challenge gift from Charter Hall.
'Team Chancellor', winning the penalty shoot-out, unlocked another $150,000 gift from Bartier Perry Lawyers.
The Chancellor's Challenge was the highlight of Giving Day 2021 with both teams triumphantly KICKING GOALS for the University.

Professor Kevin Dunn, Referee
I am refereeing this penalty shoot-out. If I raise more than $3000 then I will allow the Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor to have shot each at me in the goals, after their shoot out.
